Cerami Construction was able to accelerate the schedule of this medical office building enough to allow the owner to add 2 additional floors of space within the same allotted construction schedule. The 5-story building utilizes "Fiber Mesh Reinforcing" on all slabs on metal deck. The full basement has a cast in place therapy pool and running track.
Cerami Construction was awarded a bonus by the owner for "Excellence in Performance".
