This 7-story building sits atop a grade beam and caisson foundation. The main structure was constructed of precast columns beams and slabs. Cerami Construction poured a 2 inch Fibermesh concrete topping on all floors. Because the floors were poured during the winter months, our decision to use Pozzutec, an accelerator, allowed the project to continue without weather delays.
